Alana earned her undergraduate degree in pre-law from Georgia State University, in Atlanta, Georgia, then went on to business school rather than law school because of her passion for working with blue-collar, hardworking Americas rather than corporations. She went on to earn her Master of Business Administration with a concentration in project management from Brenau University in Gainesville, Georgia. While there, she earned the top graduate student award for being a “Master Negotiator” among cohorts of students from China, Demark, Afghanistan, Taiwan, and every state in the United States.
Alana is not your typical tax consultant. She has spent 20 years gaining experience with one of the largest multimedia companies in the United States. Managing the logistical delivery of their products across the southeastern portion of the United States. She actively uses her six-sigma training to help small businesses streamline their expenses to maximize their profits in ways that do not interfere with the organization's corporate vision. As an Enrolled Agent, Alana enjoys putting her negotiation skills to work. She prepares returns and represents her clients when they receive tax notices or need resolution of a tax debt
